How the weekend takes shape

Below is the loose skeleton most reunion weekends follow. Each block becomes its own vote once the city + dates lock — venues, tracks, restaurants, the whole thing.

  1. Day 1

    Arrivals & a low-key kickoff

    Welcome drinks somewhere walkable. Could be a rooftop in Vegas, a brewery in Denver, a beach bar in Miami — depends on where we land.

    Group breakfast or coffee crawl

    An easy reset for the people who said one drink and meant five. Venue voted on once the city is locked.

    Pick-your-track afternoon

    Hike, museum, pool day, golf, spa — multiple tracks so introverts and extroverts both win. You'll RSVP per track later.

    The big group dinner

    The one non-negotiable. Long table, everyone in one room, no phones on the table. Venue depends on city + headcount.
